Description: A protecting sealer for eyeliner with its own brush. This clear eyeliner sealer works over every color. It also turns any shadow or loose shimmer powder into a smudge-proof liquid liner with just a few drops.

  • Use this liquid sealer in place of water to convert mineral shadows into cake eyeliners.
  • Your liners will go on great, look great & most importantly stay on great.

    • How to Use:

    Apply the prime side all over the eyelid and pat in with a finger. Brush the Seal formula over your eyeliner to waterproof. The sealer can also be used to apply eyeshadow as eyeliner.
